Terms of service

These are the terms for buying a listing makeover from Listing Lift ("we", "us"). By ordering, you agree to them.

What you're buying

A digital service: a one-page PDF with suggestions for one listing, covering a title and two alternates, a rewritten description, a photo order, a cut and retake list, and quick wins. The bonuses (caption fix list, a seasonal title, and one re-check if you ask within 30 days of delivery) are included at no extra cost. Price is $49 for the first 10 orders, then $99 per listing, unless we agree on something else in writing.

Delivery

We email the PDF within 2 business days after payment. If we can't open your listing or can't help with it, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Guarantee and refunds

If the makeover doesn't give you at least 3 changes you think are worth making, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund what you paid, or redo it free if you prefer. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

No promises about results

Our work is suggestions. We don't promise more bookings, higher rankings, income, or any result on Airbnb, Vrbo or any other platform. You decide what to change, and you're responsible for keeping your listing accurate and following each platform's rules.

Your listing and our work

You keep all rights to your listing, photos and content. Once you've paid, you can use everything in your makeover however you like. We may make anonymized, non-identifying samples from our work only with your OK.

Not affiliated

Listing Lift is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Airbnb, Vrbo or any booking platform.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us for that makeover.

Changes and contact
